Following tutorial 2 on Youtube - but getting error msg when saving form

I am following tutorial 2 to create form - when I save form I receive the following:

Failed to save “Forms” record.

System Error : UNIQUE constraint failed: iAction.iApplicationKey, iAction.ActionID

Hi Bernie,

All Action IDs in Five need to be unique. We have several actions:

  • Forms
  • Processes
  • Reports
  • Dashboards
  • Charts
  • Mail Merges
  • Data Views
  • Custom Actions

You can tell that it is an action as it will have an Action ID field on the form. Is it possible that you are already using the action ID for the form on another action?
