Admin user account locked - recovery or restore options?

Hi - I’m stuck with a five application that I was developing using trial version. I went to log in to the front end this morning but it said that the (default) admin account was locked. I couldn’t find any way of resetting admin password in the backend. I panicked and deleted the locked field from iuser table hoping that would at least get me back in but now i get a different error in the log in page: “Updating current record from database: updating”. How do i recover from this situation? Can i restore the application to a previous state? Any help appreciated!!

OK - I solved this myself.

I turned off ‘multi-user’ in the application settings.
Then I turned it back on again.
This had the effect of restoring the iuser table to the defaults for a multi-user environment, effectively resetting the admin password and restoring the ‘Locked’ field i deleted.

In the future, if your account gets locked and you have multiple users that you don’t want to lose, just let us know and we can have someone reset the password for you so that you keep all of your user-related data intact,
