In this screen shot, there seems to be new functionality that is not yet documented.
Can you please explain them, particularly Import Database to Development, Backup Development and Restart Pod from Development?

Back up development just exports your development database into an sql file.
Import database to development allows you to import the file back in.
They allow you to backup, view or manipulate data outside of Five.
